Every session is hands-on, fully clothed, and guided entirely by what your body needs in the moment to restore homeostasis. Each session is completely unique to how the body is presenting at that time.
WHO IS THIS WORK FOR?
This work is for people dealing with pain, tension, or dysfunction that hasn’t fully resolved, symptoms that don’t always make sense, or complex cases that are difficult to diagnose. My approach considers how these patterns may be connected to the way the body has adapted to stress, injury, or past experiences.
It’s often a good fit if:
-
You’ve tried other treatments, but the results didn’t work or last
-
Your symptoms keep coming back, shift around, or are hard to diagnose
-
You’re dealing with the effects of injury, chronic stress, repetitive strain, or past or ongoing illness (ie: autoimmune disorders)
-
Your body doesn’t feel like it’s functioning the way it should
-
You’re looking for a more precise approach that addresses underlying patterns and root causes, not just symptoms
-
You want to work with someone who considers the body as an interconnected system, rather than focusing only on isolated or localized issues. I try to see the forest, not just the trees

SESSIONS
Sessions are designed to address the underlying patterns driving pain and dysfunction using Fascial Counterstrain—a precise, system-based approach that works with how the nervous system and body have adapted over time.
Most clients begin with a 2-hour introductory session, then continue with shorter appointments based on their needs.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Sessions are performed fully clothed on a treatment table and involve gentle, precise positioning and manual techniques. The work is subtle but highly specific, focused on helping the body release protective patterns and restore more normal function.
Because this approach works with how the body has adapted over time, changes often build progressively with consistent care.

PRICING
New Client Introductory Offer:
3 Hours - $450
The body reveals what needs to be treated, and in what order. Fascial Counterstrain follows those cues, and the work compounds over time. Complex cases often need multiple sessions; simpler ones usually resolve faster. Three hours gives everyone the opportunity to feel the difference this work can make, regardless of what brings you in.
Mix and match to fit your needs: three 60-minute sessions, two 90-minute sessions, or one 120-minute and one 60-minute sessions.
Follow Up Sessions:
60 min - $175
90 min - $260
120 min - $340
Discounts are available for active duty and retired service members, first responders, students and cash payments. Sliding scale treatments to people in need are offered on a case-by-case basis — please reach out to inquire.
A 24-hour cancellation notice is required. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will be charged the full session fee.
